  • Take a walk  in the woods and enjoy the beauty of the fall leaves.
  • The fresh outdoor will invigorate you and give you a more positive frame of mind.
  • Go to the local farmer’s market and buy a few pumpkins to decorate your doorstep for added cheer!
  • Collect some fall leaves or find some acorns to bring in and decorate inside your house.
  • Put up some colored ears of corn to enjoy. I always do, but sometimes the squirrels and birds come and get it!  They need to enjoy the fall colors too.
  • Attend a fall festival in your area and come home with fresh-squeezed apple cider and some fresh apples.
  • Make a pumpkin pie.
  • Roast some root vegetables in your oven for dinner!  They get extra sweet that way.
  • Attend a local football game and just enjoy the atmosphere and the people.
  • Rake some leaves, plant some spring bulbs, trim the shrubs. Have fun and enjoy life
