Initial Consultation and Health History:         $25  for  30-40 minute session

One session at a time:   $60 for an hour session.

A Private Cooking Class: $125—- Learn to make a healthy, balanced meal. Enjoy the meal afterwards and keep leftovers.

A Private Health Food Store Tour:  $75 for an hour tour with Handouts


Getting Started on a New YouA three month one on one health coaching program consisting of six 55-minute sessions (two a month)  $427

The two sessions each month will get you started on a new path for your life.  Email support between sessions is provided as well.


ULTIMATE NEW YOU– a six month health coaching program consisting of twelve 55-minute sessions (two a month).  $1097

This program will help you to develop an “ULTIMATE NEW YOU” in which you become an example to all those within your influence.



This program works well for a group of friends, co-workers, or family that would like to work on improving their health together.  It provides an accountability group for all those involved, and everyone will have a lot of fun making healthy changes together and setting goals that will help them get there.  Food samples will be included, along with recipes.

*Six sessions once a week for six weeks. Usually about 60 minutes, but can accommodate for time available at work at lunchtime. Can meet at my home office or at your place of work if there is an area to do so.

*Cover topics such as complex and simple carbs, proteins, cravings, nurturing self, primary foods, a breakfast experiment

COST: $150 per person for the six sessions. (ONLY $25 per session!)

***TURN THIS GROUP CLASS INTO A ONCE A WEEK PHONE CONFERENCE CALL, AND THE COST GOES DOWN TO $60. ($10/session) There will be NO food samples and NO binder, but still handouts and recipes each time via email.***

As my client, you will become more aware of how taking care of yourself is important enough to make it a  PRIORITY.  Being around for your loved ones is a valuable goal to have, and I can guide you in discovering the food and lifestyle choices that will best support you in accomplishing that goal.

As a bio-individual, a person with your own unique makeup, foods and lifestyle choices that work for a friend may not work for you.  Another way of saying this is:  “One person’s medicine may be another person’s poison.” I think that makes a lot of sense.

Your program will help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that will help you have a healthier and happier life.  As you set personal goals, we will explore new foods together, and I give you new recipes to try.  You will also learn how foods affect your energy and why you may be craving certain foods.
